Over the past two years, I’ve engaged with over 400 Portuguese companies, ranging from large corporations to SMEs, to understand their sustainability journeys. Despite their diversity I've found common challenges and approaches in transitioning towards sustainability. This insight inspired the creation of a tool to support companies on their journey towards the Next Economy - the CSO Nexus.
